As well as supplying, installing and maintaining equipment, Voice & Data specialise in the decommissioning, relocation and disposal of Telecoms and IT equipment. We’re finding more and more of our end user clients are switching over to IP telephony and are left with redundant equipment that they are not quite sure of how to dispose of. Under European Union W.E.E.E rulings, (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations) clients may have a duty to dispose of old equipment in a proper manner. Even in cases where we are not able, to offer payment for your equipment, by giving as much information as possible i.e; colour, quantities, software versions etc, we will dispose of it all safely and legally. Dealing with the disposal and decommissioning of equipment can be quite a minefield, and to be honest, most customers require a simple, quick, efficient recovery service that will free up space within their Premises. Any routers, switches, hard-drives and any memory etc can all be ‘wiped�or physically impaired as to render them inoperable.
