We are the designers and builders of a compact, automated electronic circuit board part removal system. Our system can run as many as 1200 motherboards a week and we are moving this to about 3000 boards per week (about a board every 40 sec.). Our system does not harm the components either thermally or mechanically (possible bent leads). SMD or through-hole soldered components come off with great ease. QC testing shows a 95+% good rate. The unit cost to operate is about $4.50 per hour. We are in the BETA test now and will make the unit available for the market mid 2005. We are now offering contract part removal at our site in Syracuse, NY. Maximum size of the boards is 18" by 24". We are also making a table top unit for single boards and smaller boards. Will not depopulator conformal coated boards at this time.
We are working on an automated part identifier, sorter to augment our depopulator. This should be available by late 2005.
We are entertaining outside investment, send inquires to Jim Moltion, nesm1@twcny.rr.com

We have also developed an environmentally safe method to separate metals for depopulated boards and recover all the metals.
