1. Used Notebook. (switching refurbished Notebook). A provisional configuration:

2. Computer completing for Laptop which we want to buy:

4.5) Motherboard (Specification we shall inform)

5. The organization of purchase of the first party of the goods:
5.1) For purchase of the first party of the goods we shall arrive on a warehouse of the Seller of the goods to carry out inspection of each bought goods: the grade And - is checked up \ works; or a grade refurbished.
6. Payment of the goods. After check of the goods, we shall make immediately (during 24 hours) 100 % payment of a bought party of the goods on the settlement account of the Seller in Bank of the Seller.

7. When we shall arrive on a warehouse of the Seller of the goods (Distributors) for inspection of the goods, we suggest to conclude between the Seller of the goods (Distributors) and Russian Fund « Modern educational technologies » the Contract for the term of up to 31.12.2008 years. In the Contract, the Parties of the Contract (the Seller of the goods and Russian Fund) will coordinate the obligations: on sale of the goods and on purchase of the goods.
8. What goods specified in points of the present Search: №1-2 (2.1-2.4), 3 (3.1-3.2); ³4 (4.1-4.5) you can sell to us?
