1. Used Notebook. (switching refurbished Notebook). A provisional configuration:
- Pentium3800Mhz-1000Mhz, Memory 128 MBHard Disk20GBCDRWDVDСombo, 14.1" Display. Your price FOB a warehouse?
- Pentium41500Mhz-1800Mhz, Memory 512 MB Hard Disk 80-60GBCDRWDVD, Сombo, 14.1" Display. Your price FOB a warehouse?
2. Computer completing for Laptop which we want to buy:
2.1) memory 512mb РС3200 DDR (DDR2) 400mhz for Laptop (new and used). 5000 - 10000 pieces up to 31.05.2008 years; Specification memory which we shall buy depends on models Notebook which we shall buy from you. Your price FOB a warehouse?

Quantity of purchase of base configuration Notebook (chosen for constant purchase) - 10000 pieces, till 31.05.2008 years. The Seller of the goods and the Buyer (Russian Fund) can coordinate purchase prices in negotiations.
When the prices will be coordinated, we shall buy first, trial (initial) party Notebook: 120-150 pieces.

4. We shall buy computer completing (new and used) for Р3, Р4. Till 31.05.2008 years we shall buy:
4.1) New (and as refurbished) the Hard disk 80Gb3.57200IDE. 10000 pieces;
4.2) New CDRW; DVD; Сombo (52х32х52х16) for РС. 10000 pieces;
4.3) memory 512mb sdram PC100133 (new and used). 10000 pieces
4.4) Videocard 128 Mb Zheforc fx5200 (or Radeon).
4.5) Motherboard (Specification we shall inform)
5. The organization of purchase of the first party of the goods:
5.1) For purchase of the first party of the goods we shall arrive on a warehouse of the Seller of the goods to carry out inspection of each bought goods: the grade And - is checked up \ works; or a grade refurbished.
6. Payment of the goods. After check of the goods, we shall make immediately (during 24 hours) 100 % payment of a bought party of the goods on the settlement account of the Seller in Bank of the Seller.
7. When we shall arrive on a warehouse of the Seller of the goods (Distributors) for inspection of the goods, we suggest to conclude between the Seller of the goods (Distributors) and Russian Fund « Modern educational technologies » the Contract for the term of up to 31.12.2008 years. In the Contract, the Parties of the Contract (the Seller of the goods and Russian Fund) will coordinate the obligations: on sale of the goods and on purchase of the goods.
8. What goods specified in points of the present Search: №1-2 (2.1-2.4), 3 (3.1-3.2); ³4 (4.1-4.5) you can sell to us?
We ask to inform: names of the goods; your prices FOB a warehouse on the goods which you can sell to us.
